Why collect rainwater
RainTact can be used for irrigation, cleaning, toilet flushing, car washing and other purposes. It makes you less dependent on other water systems. Collecting your own water is both exciting and fun.
Equipment
A simple setup can consist of a barrel or tank with a filter. The size of the system depends on your roof area in square feet, your needs and how many gallons of water you want to be able to store.
Maintenance
Clean gutters and filters regularly and keep the tank protected from dirt and light. A well-maintained system gives better water quality and more reliable operation.
